NON-STICK = Non-Warranty

Wow.... What a name in cookware.... 10 year or lifetime warranty.... Finally googled why my Calphalon non-stick pan was now sticking with everything and anything I cook now and found out one major lesson. Trusting a name and a warranty means nothing if you don't read the fine print.... NON-STICK COATING NOT COVERED.... so it's non-stick when you pay for it but not much longer.... You'll throw the pan away as quick as a cheap non-branded one.

LIFETIME WARRANTY LIE! STAY AWAY

These were great to start, but when they failed and I submitted a claim under their LIFETIME WARRANTY....I was denied. Unless your pan melts on the stove, they don't cover it for anything . LIFETIME LIE. Buy another brand like Anolon. I have enclosed photos of my pans to show that they were well cared for, only hand washed and wood or nylon utensils ONLY used. I bought these to avoid using fat or oil, but afgter 1 month I started needing to add grape seed oil to keep things from sticking. When that finally didn't stop omelettes from sticking I submitted a claim- DENIED.... LIARS LIARS Macy's has many other top brands of cookware, I'd recommend any of those INSTEAD of Calphalon.

Not a Merry way to do business

You cancelled my order saying out of stock. Found same item on your website , though At a higher price. If you offer a special, you should honor it. Makes me wonder about your honesty in business. We need a miracle on 34th St, Mr. Macy. Your parade was excellent, thank you so much.

Worst quality

Calphalon quality has been degraded. Any new pan is good but after few months bottom coating slowly peels off and it says life time warranty. All clad pans lasts better than these ones
