I never received product. I reached out and was only asked to return item for refund. I explained I never received. Need to add another category when trying to claim a refund. Add “never received” as an option. Please send me my item.

Hard to unwrap

I thought I was careful with the scissors but I accidentally cut a piece of the pillow case. It would've been better for you all NOT to have the case on the pillow & I partially stab the styrofoam than tearing the case. Please adjust how this product is shipped and secure the case internally with a small instructions sheet of which side the zipper should go on when the pillowcase is applied.

Item never shipped

We ordered this the 1st week of the month. UPS has yet to receive the item, and Macy’s advises it was shipped. We haven’t received any updates about a delay, and there’s no way to cancel the order. Macy’s offers a free return label, but I can’t return an item they never sent to me.
