Lifelines FlowArt -Pogo Dot

Very easy to use, i like that you can detach and reattach the markers to the back of the notebook and it’s super easy to do! It is well made, quality markers and notebook, the pages are not too thick or thin, and it comes with an extra cardboard page to put under each page that you are dotting in. Perfect to use before bed or to destress for a bit! Only thing I would add is an inspo picture for each drawing besides the QR code.

Easy to relax with

This is a nice, fun and relaxing way to take the stress out of your day. That said, the pinpoint markers did get a little difficult to use at times, and would sometimes bleed into the next page. I like that the pages and markers are thick and chunky, though.

Art-sy Relaxing Outlet

The thing that I love the most about this art book is that the designs are already drawn for me and I just have to use the markers to make it more colorful and add my creativity with it. With 20 different scenes and 4 interchangeable markers, this guided art book is super easy and fun to create designs on and surprisingly very relaxing once you get started. The markers are bright, smooth, and work perfectly with the sketchbook, which makes it easy to start creating right away. I also really appreciate how thick the paper is so that the markers don’t bleed through and ruin the next paper. Whether you’re just doodling to unwind or spending time on more detailed patterns, this set is both calming and inspiring. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a creative, stress-free art activity.

Creative and fun way to destress!

This is such a nice product for anxiety or just to calm yourself and unwind after a long day. I have never seen a product quite like this one. It is easy to learn how to use. I like that you can layer the colors as well. I’d highly recommend adding this to your creative toolbox!

Relaxing coloring!

Okay wow, this was way better than I thought it was going to be. I got it because it was an out of the box technique Ive never done before and seemed interesting. IT IS SO MUCH FUN! You’re tapping away dots to color in the picture which is mindless and relaxing. Kind of helps get some anger out too depending on how hard you tap haha. Jokes aside, I’m probably going to through this quickly. The only thing that was a bummer is the color options. I wish more came in a pack. Like a rainbow variety. I had to color my whale purple and green because there was no blue. I will most likely get the other packs so I can have more colors. These are awesome!
