Chair is NOT ergonomic friendly

Chair is not comfortable! Does not prop back in healthy seated position. Strains lower back. Seat leans you forward when you sit in chair. Very disappointed. Would not recommend!

Terrible Chair and Skonyon did not provide refund.

Terrible customer service from Macy’s! This was ordered online and returned immediately. Received late January 2025 and returned.

Wrong product received

I ordered this but received something different. It has been 3 weeks and I still have t received my refund. It was very difficult to get them to send me the correct return label.

Very Comfortable

Very comfortable to sit in. The material is very soft. It has lots of support and has no issues with my weight (about 275 pounds). I've been using it for a couple of months and I'm very happy.
