DAMAGED NEVER RECEIVED REFUND OF STAR MONEY

1st pair arrived damaged so I exchanged them. 2nd pair arrived with even more damage! I sent both pairs back plus the wallet on this order. I used $30 of my star $ on this order & only $8.02 was refunded for an item that was returned in the same box as these, but the refund was never issued. Macy's customer service is a nightmare! Spent hours on the phone with reps & their supervisors & ALL of them couldn't understand clear English! I was told to call back after the 2nd pair was returned to get my star $ reissued. I did, the agents couldn't comprehend a simple return! A "ticket" was put in to have my star $ reissued.... STILL WAITING!
