S fits perfect. Between sizes, normaly M size for me. Really comfortable and you don't notice that they are on. Perfect breathable material.

I replaced all of my underwear with these, less than a year ago. Unfortunately every pair now have a big tear in them. Most were Christmas gifts last year, no receipts.

Don’t bother using the stupid size guidelines for the fitting of these underwear because they will be way too small for you.
