horrable

for refference I am 5.8" hight and 130 lb weight purchased sise M material is bad quality combination of poliester and wool. No cashmere. Cold coat. wind goes threw. Even in size M it is pretty heavy weight. shoulders can ache. The length is strange , not short but not long enough for to look beautiful on your body, especially with dress. I bought in red and ligh colors Was very disappointed because wanted good double dressed coats returned

Coat

The coat did not fit at all. Sleeves came down to my finger tips. It was not cut well in the upper area of coat to fit over clothing that one usually wears for winter (sweaters). So disappointed. I would have to spend too much to have it altered. A larger coat would have been worse.

Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid for a NEW high‑quality item, but instead I received a clearly used item, dirty, with hair all over, and the tag reattached. Also, the coat was poorly packed. I love Macys, but this is not even close to the standards I expected. The condition of the item makes me question the quality control and honesty of the shipping department. I went to my local store and expressed my disappointment and frustration. Thankfully, I was able to speak to Chris, one of the managers, who apologized and took the time to verify the warehouse that sent the item and requested better quality control. This experience was frustrating and a complete letdown. I hope Macys can speak to the team in charge of shipping and help them understand how important their position is that they represent, while they are handling client orders in today’s competitive market. Thank you, Chris! 4 taking your time and for being so helpful. I really appreciate your assistance.

Meh

It came with a ripped seam on the left arm. The other seam stitching is crooked. It overall looks poorly made. It has been such a hassle already with this coat, that I’m just gonna bite the bullet and keep it and fix it myself.
