STAY AWAY!!!

Do not waste your money on this coat. It is nowhere near as elegant or stylish as it appears in the online photos. The fit is extremely oversized, and the material feels cheap and disappointing. This is not the level of design or quality I have come to expect from Donna Karan. I’m not sure what went wrong with this single-breasted coat, but the craftsmanship and fabric are well below the standards typically associated with the brand. Overall, I found this coat to be poorly designed and overpriced for the quality received. I returned it, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a well-made, stylish coat.

Classy - weight is just right - color is dark brown - runs large - I usually were medium top and large pants so ordered medium based on other reviews- small would’ve been perfect . Still I like it and worth it.

Misleading Return Policy Due to Tiny Fine Print

I was very disappointed to find out that this jacket is marked as non-returnable. The notice was written in very small text, making it easy to miss during the purchase process. I bought this jacket intending to try it on at home, as many customers do when shopping online. If I had clearly seen that it was a final sale item, I would not have purchased it. I understand that some items may be non-returnable, but this information should be displayed much more prominently and clearly before checkout. Hiding such an important policy in tiny text is misleading and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope Macy’s will make this policy much more visible in the future so that other customers do not have the same experience.

Beautiful coat

I am so happy that I purchased this coat. Chocolate color is very elegant and expensive looking. The fit is great, I got M and I usually wear between S and M, but I wanted it little bit loose so I can wear my sweaters underneath.

Too big

I am unable to use it as it is too big. I use XL in most of the clothing but this is bigger than the suggested size guide
