Poor costumer service

I ordered 2 items and did not receive either item, i received 2 different delivery dates and a couple days later i received a refund with no explanation. This was my first and last time purchasing from Macy's.

This is a lovely light color and it said it runs large and does so I went down a size and feel sure it will fit my son. Nice!
