FLAT flatware

This flatware does not even have the bottom handle finish as pictures on line. It is Very Thin and resembles nothing like the photo on line. I always trust Macy's on my purchases but this one totally failed.

Wrong color.

I ordered silver silverware. The place settings delivered in gold color. I can't take them to the store to exchange them because they ship direct from the manufacturer. I have reordered them with fingers crossed they will be silver and here before Christmas.

This is not what I had expected from Macy's. It was not of good weight, felt cheao the design not to my taste. Its faily inexpensive. You get what you pay.

Pretty but arrggghhh!

Beautiful looking but so far anyway, the way they bound the items to the wire caddy with thick and super tight plastic has stopped me from even getting them out! Ridiculous packaging - do not know HOW I will get them unbound and put into use...
