Defected bag that was a return or display

I ordered my bag online and picked it up at the store. The bag was either a return or a display, because there wasn’t any protective wraps/coverings on it, as luxurious bags often have. The bag had visible scratches on the front and back. I was only able to receive a 10% discount. I would’ve returned the bag, but it was a discontinued style.

Lovely

Love the quality of the purse, and how everything I need fits nicely. I wish the purse was white compared to the off white but still beautiful. I love that I can use it on a daily basis or for date night. Overall super satisfied with my purchase.

Horribly packaged

Cutest purse, but for the price the was paid, it should have been packaged a whole lot better. There was no stuffing in the bag, only a bit of bubble wrap, resulted in some scuffs and the bag being a bit unstructured. Hoped for a lot better

Great purse!

Such a cute purse! Love the chain and color. It’s on the small side but I knew that. Love that I can put it on my shoulder w the same hand - strap opening is large enough.
