Best vacuum ever!!
I bought this vacuum about a month ago. Several people had warned me of problems with their robotic vacuum. I love this vacuum!! No problems at all! It vacuums better than the 2 manual Dyson I have. It maps efficiently and leaves my floors clean. I have both tile and rugs and navigates them perfectly. My husband and I are both impressed with how well this vacuum works.

Powerful robot
i ordered a bout a month ago and have been using it at least twice a day! This machine is amazing. Not sure why others have given it a low score because this robot preforms wonders. The suction is amazing, the mapping is wonderful and I love it.

Best Robot Vacuum
I took a chance on this vacuum because I love the Dyson brand. I’ve been really impressed so far by the features and how it cleans my house.

Good job on dog hair
So far so good! I purchased to gather long dog hair off of carpet and tile and it’s doing the trick. I’m not expecting it to suck the dirt out but just a surface clean and I would say that is 5 stars. I gave four stars because it is not a replacement to large vac and maybe none of the robots are.

Strong bot
A nice powerful vaccume, this is a full size Dyson in a robot where the navigation software didn’t catch up to the hardware. If you have a carpet it may get lost once or twice, but otherwise it will fill up.

Great little machine.
We have had it for two months and so far it is doing a great job. The only is the battery and it takes two recharges to do our great room which is not really all that big. Since It returns to the dock and automatically recharges and then picks up where it left off I guess it's not that big of a deal. The suction is and it seems to pick up just as much or maybe a little more dirt Than the canister vacuum that we have. It was very easy to set up the mapping.

Bad Store
I returned an item and was told my refund will take 2–4 weeks because I paid with a gift card. That’s extremely frustrating and feels unreasonable—customers shouldn’t have to wait that long to get their money back. This was a very disappointing experience overall. I expected a smoother and more customer-friendly return process from a major department store. Unfortunately, this has seriously impacted my trust, and I’ll think twice before shopping here again. I hope they improve their refund policies and timelines, because right now, this is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had.
This Dyson Definitely Sucks
I have owned several robot vacuums, and this is by far the worst performing of them all. And it’s also one of the most expensive. That’s a bad combination! - The map of the rooms is consistently incorrect - The battery life is remarkably short - The capacity of the debris is no more than one or two cleanings. - Connection to the app is inconsistent NOT A RECOMMENDED VACUUM👎🏼
