Sad about this purchase.

I was excited to get this jacket for quick runs out. It was good until I washed it and found a washing machine full of feathers. I am so disappointed especially for the price.

A comfy jacket

The jacket itself is comfortable but it’s very big in the chest area. I bought a 3x because I have large arms. Jacket is not like a puffer jacket which I also like. I will have to take to cleaners to have them take in chest area. Overall a nice jacket, I would recommend.

I returned this jacket at Macys Roosevelt Field in person on 12-13-24. I have the return receipt but I have not been credited for it. It is currently in dispute. I would appreciate a speedy resolution. Thank you.

I wear a 3X in Ralph Lauren. Calvin Klein and Anne Klein I am between a 2X and 3X in their sizing. This coat in a 3X was definitely a full size big. I immediately ordered one size smaller, I hope it’s a perfect fit. This is a very nice coat and a nice weight. I also like that it is waterproof. It does not have a hood, I see that as the only downside to this coat.
