Great relief and easy to use

I’ve been using this regularly for the past few weeks, and I’m really happy with it. It feels relaxing while still giving enough pressure to help ease tension and everyday soreness. The heat feature makes it even more soothing and adds a nice level of comfort. It sits well on my seating and feels sturdy and well made. I also like being able to switch between the different settings depending on what I need. It’s been such a good addition at home that my husband uses it too. Definitely recommend.

terrible

It works great, but stopped working. bought it September 11, stopped working October 14. Macy's would not take it back say that I only had until October 11th to return. they said to contact the company, the company says take it back to Macy's.
