I bought this 2 weeks ago! It’s horrible! Trying to find out where to return it! Your website says not to return it to Macy! I absolutely hate this product

terrible

It works great, but stopped working. bought it September 11, stopped working October 14. Macy's would not take it back say that I only had until October 11th to return. they said to contact the company, the company says take it back to Macy's.
