Black and Red Dress

The neckline is way too low, it’s past my breast bone. I will be returning it.Plus the belt was missing.

Didn’t receive my refund!

I am waiting for a refund since November. It’s February now and multiple calls have not resolved the issue. Not happy with Macy’s anymore.
