Received wide calf booth instead of regular size

The description online of this boot states that the circumference of the calf is 14.96". The boot I received had an almost 18" circumference. Very disappointed.

Too narrow

They are pretty but narrow. Go up half size. Also there was a metal piece of the shoe sticking out which would cut your toe.

Disappointing

I ordered an 11W - the shoe fits like a regular width and the calf is HUGE, like crazy pirate huge!!! I wish someone would have posted a review to warn me. I'm 5' 11" and I wear a size 10, I can hide stuff in the top of the boot, my entire hand can fit in there. Return!!!

Cute and Stylish

I love these boots because I was able to wear them for the first time at work all day. They are very comfortable and even men liked and noticed them. What a great find for me!

Two different widthsmsent

I received two different widths, one 11M and the other 11W. The boots are beautiful and I want to keep them but I can't seem to get through to the right person to help me with this. I would hate to send them back!
