Waterproof in Name Only

If you want dramatic volume and hate the struggle of removing waterproof makeup, you might actually like this. However, if you are buying this specifically to hold a curl or to prevent smudging, you will likely be disappointed. It offers the "look" of a luxury mascara but lacks the "performance" of a true waterproof formula.
