WRONG COLOR
Buyer beware I think I would love the chair but unfortunately I keep receiving the wrong colors! If you don’t mind which color you receive it seems to be a great chair. Altho we didn’t put it together. And when you receive the box it has already been opened. The return process is a phone call and misinformation so now I have chairs on my porch waiting to be picked up! Altho customer service has been nice about it at times!

Not completely satisfied
When i ordered the chair looked much bigger. Not much for foot room.

Comfy chair
I love this chair. It is so comfortable. The fabric is soft and smooth. I had to move to a different spot in my home because of the cord. It can get caught under the chair if you swivel too much. Otherwise, its great!

Refund
The The refund has not been processed yet. The product is unfortunately uncomfortable because you have to use your full weight to keep it reclined. Other manual recliners stay reclined once you operate the lever or handle to recline the chair. I already sent the product back. I see it was delivered on January 26, but communication from the seller has been minimal, except when I initiated the return, Thry asked me to hold, hoping they could resolve the issue. However, I am not satisfied with the product for the reasons I mentioned above, so I’m not recommending this product.
