This jacket is THE jacket to have, I never in my wildest dreams imagined it to be this perfect. Its the right amount of puff, its almost I promise like wearing a very high quality duvet comforter that keeps you warm IMMEDIATELY. If this jacket doesn't keep you warm you must be living in the South Pole OR you must have significant anemia because there is no way. Also the zipper complaints I didn't experience it works pretty well for me. Also often times unless its REALLY REALLY Cold just the buttons is all I need. It's so insulating that you sometimes don't realize how cold it actually is outside. But impressively, it keeps you warm without making you too hot. The first time I wore it out, and came back home I almost wish I can sleep in it (Its Freezing temperatures right now in the east cost. Also what I wondered and couldn't find so I am here to report back for my petite shorties, 5ft tall and it isn't too long it comes to my ankles a little above which is what I want!

Beautiful, heavy duty coat. But it came missing 2 buttons on it. Other than that, great purchase.
Long, warm and toasty
My coat was an excellent investment. I wanted a long puffy coat that would keep my knees warm and this coat satisfied that.

Nice jacket but
Like the jacket but the zipper doesn't work. I'm going to have to return it and look for a different one. Do like everything about it .

Upon opening the bag, the product had mud on the bottom and the bag showed signs of having been opened.
