it squeezes your hand in a way that feels GREAT

I picked up the LifePro Legra Electric Hand Massager after dealing with carpal tunnel surgery and that lingering hand tingling that just doesn’t fully go away. Honestly, I didn’t expect much. It turned out to be more useful than I thought. What stood out right away is the compression. It’s not just vibration, it actually squeezes your hand in a way that feels closer to a real massage. The heat helps too. Not overly hot, just enough to loosen things up and get some circulation going.  For recovery, I’ve found it especially helpful at the end of the day. When my hands feel tight or slightly numb, 10–15 minutes in this thing seems to calm everything down. It doesn’t “fix” nerve issues, but it definitely takes the edge off and makes things more comfortable. A few things I like: • The different pressure levels actually matter, you can dial it in depending on how sensitive your hand is that day • The heat + compression combo feels more therapeutic than gimmicky

Hand massanger

I really like my hand MASSANGER and try to use it most evenings to help my arthritic hands. I do notice there is basically no heat which disappoints me as heat is great for arthritis. I also notice the plastic covering the buttons is showing breakdown which I think is pretty soon ,considering it has only been used by myself since Christmas time.

Strong massage, sometimes too strong

i have been using it kind of consistently for my carpal tunnel. almost have said the heat function is kinda of pointless but the massage itself is good. i have to find the right setting though because it often hits my hand in ways that make it go numb and the. painful. but when i get it to the right setting it’s good. I have not tried every feature but so far i think it was worth it.
