Don’t buy don’t work after 2nd use

I’m truly disgusted. I bought two of these and they BOTH did not turn on .. my 2nd time turning them on. I’m also disgusted with Macys and I’m seriously considering my long standing account. I’m 58 and even worked at Macys at 13 years old in the warehouse in Queens, NY. MACYS HAS to get mote control on QUALITY CONTROL. in this order I ended up returning 5 out of 12 items. Completely unacceptable

Nice Size Heating Pad

worth every penny

This is the softest material I think I've ever slept on. I've only had it a few days, but so far, so good. There are no hot spots, and it has a nice timer, 8 hours! I would highly recommend this. It's great for anyone that has chronic back pain (like me) or people who get cold.

Non existence Customer Service

Purchased this product and used about 10 times before it stopped working. I checked all plugs and outlets. I contacted the Vendor through the Macy's website on three occasions, within return date limits, and have not received any response. I was unable to take it back to Macy's because it's a third party purchase. I was unaware of that. Do not buy through Macy's or at all. No response from SUGIFT at all. The product was expensive.

Didn’t last 5 weeks

Was great while it lasted. Just stopped working after 5 weeks, would not turn on. Assumed the outlet, tried another, assumed loose connection, no. Just a faulty product.
