Nice Size Heating Pad

Great heating pad, good size from head to toe, multiple heating options with timer. Heats up fast and lasts per time set.

worth every penny

This is the softest material I think I've ever slept on. I've only had it a few days, but so far, so good. There are no hot spots, and it has a nice timer, 8 hours! I would highly recommend this. It's great for anyone that has chronic back pain (like me) or people who get cold.

Non existence Customer Service

Purchased this product and used about 10 times before it stopped working. I checked all plugs and outlets. I contacted the Vendor through the Macy's website on three occasions, within return date limits, and have not received any response. I was unable to take it back to Macy's because it's a third party purchase. I was unaware of that. Do not buy through Macy's or at all. No response from SUGIFT at all. The product was expensive.

Didn’t last 5 weeks

Was great while it lasted. Just stopped working after 5 weeks, would not turn on. Assumed the outlet, tried another, assumed loose connection, no. Just a faulty product.
