Dimensions?

I was interested but I need size dimensions in product description? I couldn't find a ? link and HAD to check "recommend" post review to send question? If I had bought and was not happy, this seems inappropriate.

Blue bag, great investment

I bought this bag for my son to travel to and from college on the bus. The bag is sturdy and well made. It is big enough for him to bring home a lot of laundry. This was a good purchase.

Never received item

This item never arrived at my house despite receiving an email that said I did. The email cam at 11:26 pm. When i tried to report the issue, I was told that they would contact me for my refund after 5 business days. Still havent received my refund. This is the second time that I have had issues with Lamds End marketplace. Completely dissatisfied. The experiment with Macys is a failure
