Don't Buy. Horrible Customer Service

I recently bought this product (alongside other Macy's items), but never received it (I recieved the other items). Company will not refund or replace the item. Customer service is horrible and won't resolve the issue. I now lose money and have to buy this product elsewhere. HORRIBLE company and customer service. Avoid. I would give zero stars if I could.

First of all it took forever to get here. I finally received it today and only one item was in the box. It’s advertised as a set of two!!!!! This is ridiculous! Buyer beware
