Don’t buy high end shoes from Macys

The shoes are great. Macy's is not. Macys Glendale sent me old worn used shoes with a covered sticker that said floor sample, clearly used an old tattered box and sprayed so heavily with a men’s cologne I had to put them outside. I am taking them back! Already ordered new pair directly through Ralph Lauren and I love the shoes.

Soft and comfortable

I have wider feet and I’m so happy these fit perfectly! Soft leather and very comfortable right out of the box. I got the black and love them so much I ordered the brown leather.

Must be a mistake!!!

I was shocked at the condition these shoes came in. I paid full price. They arrived in a Macy’s bag with no box or any type of protection. The glue had separated from the leather on the tops of both loafers leaving them gaping. Long threads were hanging, scuff marks were on the toes of one loafer, and the inside of both loafers were stained in multiple places. Yuck! Someone had to work hard to make these look so used. I’m very disappointed and am returning these shoes. I have pictures, but there is no option on Macey’s to upload these on this review. What in the world!!! I’ve never experienced this with any item I’ve purchased online.

Cute and comfy

I got the navy Suede leather, perfect fit. I took a chance I typically need a wide, the soft leather gave enough so I’m very pleased.

If your feet hurt, everything is not right. Here, the Ralph Lauren shoes are quite comfortable right out of the box. I got the maroon suede and since they felt so good, I also ordered the navy suede. All leather.

Great shoes but….

Unfortunately I received 2 different sizes: one size 8 and one size 6.5. In addition, they were very noticeably 2 different shades of brown. The shoes are very well made and the correct size was very comfortable. The in store customer service was excellent and seamless. I’m awaiting my replacement shoes and am anxious to wear them.
