Awful Instructions
The walking pad works however it apparently does NOT work without the app. Three adults followed all the instructions in the manual and when that didn't work we decided to look online for instructions from the manufacturer. We finally found something that said there was a mobile app for the machine so we downloaded it and was finally able to operate the machine via the mobile app. The manual that came with the machine made absolutely no mention of the mobile app! :(
