The pants were reported delivered but didn’t arrive. Macys refused to refund the purchase. Perhaps you should instruct your carrier to place deliveries into a safer out of sight place, which is available at our home.

Order Hung Up in System But No One Can Help
Cannot speak for the shirt as it has not arrived. Has not even shipped. It has been hung up in the system for two weeks. Have spoken to multiple cust serv reps all unable to help. This is crazy.
