Nice, but...

Nicely made. I wanted an 8.5 W and when you request wide you get wide calf, which I did not need.

Not made for skinny/normal legs

These boots are not made for skinny legs at all. I'm 5'8 122 pounds and these are huge one my legs. It looks awkward. I really wanted to love them.

This brand makes such comfy shoes. The shoes is cute and comfy as well. I would definitely recommend.

I even bought a half size smaller

So comfortable and safe in the winter weather. Unfortunately Maceys was out of my size and only had a 6. I liked them so much, I bought them anyway and just sacrifice wearing socks with them - still glad I did because I get compliments on them all the time!
