Inconsistent Tamping
I've had this machine for about 5 months now and I am yet to get consistent tamping from it. Most times the coffee in the portafilter is not fully tamped. At first, I thought it was because of the coffee beans I was using (I roast my own), so I decided to buy roasted beans to try. The results are the same. This results in inconsistent pours. A single shot pours anywhere between 20 and 50 seconds with the same beans and grind settings. I went to the troubleshooting guide and followed some of their suggestions, like wetting the portafilter before dispensing, but the results are the same. I expected better from a machine at this price point.

The jury is still out
The first two cups of coffee were amazing, then none of them tasted like that again. I’ve tried adjusting the grind size. Over and over. Dumping shots. Wasting coffee. I can’t get it to how it tasted the first two times no matter what I do. Man I would love some help figuring it out. It’s no better than the cheap machine I just replaced it with and I hope I can figure out why.

Limited Capability
Stops making a full grind after a few months. If you are looking for cold brew this machine does not produce what most people would consider to be quality cold brew. It is more of room temperature diluted coffee.

Best thing since Apple Pie!!
Don’t think about it GET IT! I have making espresso since 1995 and the Puck Sucker keeps my counter clean and quiet in the morning. No messy coffee grounds to clean up. Original battery so lasts a long time. Easy to clean!!!

The Expresso machine sounds like it’s dying and it’s not working
I bought the Oracle Jet for my wife birthday because she really likes coffee very much. After I received it, took me half of the day to Google search the issues that this machine is having. It’s not pouring water and neither the coffee shot. on top of that the water filter is leaking water all over the around the machine. These piece of machine is so expensive and it’s ruining my week. Can someone reply if they had any similar issues ?

Inconsistent....ready to move on
I have owned this machine for 6 months now and as others have said, it is frustratingly inconsistent. It will pull one shot in 20-25 seconds and the next one in 30-40. There is no excuse for this at this price point and hard to see how even those that have given this machine 4-5 stars are not experiencing this. I was a long time owner of the Oracle Touch before this, which was better but not perfect. After 8-10 years years using these machines, I am now ready to move on from Breville all together.
