Poor design

Pretty fabric but poorly designed. The very top part that stretches across chest and shoulders is not attached to the dress properly and flips up making dress impossible to wear. You can see this in some of the close up photos.

This dress surprised me! Very cute dress. It is lined, not heavy at all and the shoulders stay in place.
