I never received the product.

I never received the product. I ordered it 15 days in advance, but it never arrived, and I was never informed in a timely manner. I had to call, and they told me they couldn’t find the address. It was very disappointing because it was supposed to be my nephew’s birthday gift.

Pleased with the easel

While I agree with others that the setup instructions could have been much more clear, the finished easel was a nice height and weight to be easily moved as needed.

damaged item

The item came with some of the screws loosened from the item and fallen within the box. This could be due to shipping. The set up is also complicated.

Great Christmas Present
