Broken

I purchased this product based on the expectation that it would be strong and sturdy, and I paid almost the same amount for the installation as I did for the product itself. Unfortunately, it turned out to be weak and unstable, and it broke when strong winds came through. I expected much better quality and durability, but the experience was very disappointing.

Still great after 10 plus years! ❤️

I bought one of these about 10 years ago and we still love it. I do have it on a porch so it gets rain and snow on it, but not constant. Everyone still asks me where to buy one when they visit. I did buy a pretty new long cushion this year for it but only because I wanted a floral pattern. The original cushions I just kept underneath it and they are in good condition too but a little sun faded. I bought the brown with khaki cushions. We are now thinking of doing a revamp with a pergola in the backyard and will be purchasing 2 more of these swings.

Not comfortable

This swing is terrible. The cushions slide off they are not attachef to the swing. It's small and not very study. I wish I could return but its areadyl assembled.

Swing Canopy

I ordered this swing in July 2025 and I love it! The only thing bad is the canopy. It tilts which is great but even in light rain it sinks in the middle. Living in Florida I need to leave it tilted, as far as possible, all the time. There is a middle bar but it's so far away from the middle of the canopy any amount of due or rain collects. Of course in high winds the canopy must be removed or the swing turns over. I'm wondering if there is any way to secure the swing as I'm not able to carry into a place where it would be out of the storm.

Too low, cushions slip

It is nice. Only thing I didn't like is , it is too low. I had another one a different brand for some time and it was at good height. This one is too low. Another issue I am encountering is the cushions keep slipping. They won't stay. I am thinking of putting velcro or snaps to keep it in place.

Love it!

Love the swing! However, I do need to replace to two knobs on the sides of the canopy. What size and where can I purchase. The manual does not give measurements of the knobs.

Damaged and missing parts

Damaged fabric protruding metal seating frame. Canopy was not included. Had to call Macys who then had to contact this 3rd party Waiting for a response from the 3rd party
