Terrible

The vacuum is very terrible doesn't pick up like it says it should leaves really bad watermarks on the floor would not recommend this for anybody

Piece of crap

I got this as a gift from my son. I did not open it right away as I knew they were a piece of crap. I have a dog and it did not even pick up the dog on a hardwood floor. I would like a refund or a product that actually works in trade. It is money wasted otherwise as I cannot even sell it on marketplace. I guess everyone knew that they were crap.

Very disappointed

I have always love my Shark vacuums, and floor care. However Ive been so disappointed in my last few purchases. They just don't pick up like they used too. The Hydroduo I received yesterday is actually the worst. It couldn't even pick up the dry debris good enough to mop. The battery doesn't last , even on one room. My duo clean detect is the same way. I bought it for animal hair, it hardly has suction and im constantly having to clean the brush roller. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU SHARK?

Horrible

No suction and doesn't mop correctly. Highly disappointed as Shark has other great products. I already watched all tutorials and tried to trouble shoot. I believe these all are just defective products and feel scammed out of money because it did not state what it was supposed to do. Shark you really need to refund our purchases on this one or send us products that work!

Life saver for the moms

Absolute life saver. It’s so easy to use, I like setting it up right after everyone has gone to bed and I wake up to clean floors. It saves so much time and effort knowing it’s cleaning while I sleep. Totally worth purchasing especially if you’re a busy mom like myself. It does a great job at cleaning and filtering out filth.
