Warning do not purchase

Terrible experience. I was charged for an item that was never delivered, and after waiting an entire month with zero updates, I had to reach out myself just to get a refund. No explanation was ever provided. The customer service is awful — it honestly feels like a scam. Absolutely ridiculous. Be warned.
