Advertisement makes it look nicer than they are

I fell for the clever advertising and massive "christmas price cut". I was expecting something decently nice, but what arrived felt like something I would expect from Temu or something. looks like the picture, but it feels like costume fabric. These would work well if you just need some simple mittens in the winter, but I would not recommend them if you plan to use them more than very light use. I plan to return them because of the low quality materials and build quality

Delivery is late with no revised date

I am very disappointed in that I have not received my order, yet. The tracking is useless because it contains no detail. I simply know that my product was shipped on December 3rd from California. The delivery date was December 6th. Today is December 8th. I have now revised delivery date. This is most disappointing.
