The Lenox "crystal" wine glasses that I ordered were meant to replace and match the existing wine glasses from Lenox I already have. What I was sent was made in china "crystal" vs made in Slovakia quality crystal. The weight, shape, and quality of "crystal" didn't match at all. I realize this isn't Macy's fault, but better labeling on your website would be much appreciated and would have avoided my return and this review. Signed a frustrated shopper.

Arrived broken due to poor packing. Not 1 glass was in tack!
Pretty good
Beautiful product, shipped in mfg carton- not designed for transport on its side but miraculously unbroken (feet were touching). Small inclusion in one of the glasses- little shy on th quality assurance. Not bad enough to send back but noticeable.

Broken to a million pieces
Arrived in MANY pieces. They may be fine if purchased at the store but there was virtually no additional packaging for the wine glasses. They arrived in a box that contained a few pieces of inflated pillows but the lightweight box of glasses (the one you would see on a shelf in a store) just easily moved around in the larger box.

Shattered
Arrived shattered. It would have been nice if they told me before I drove 30 miles to go pick them up. Really upsetting as they knew because the outside cardboard box was marked, you could hear the glass and they had time to notify me. Such a bummer.
