First time experience and really unsatisfied

Hi, I had high expectations from such a reputable brand and this was my first purchase. However it hasn't even been a month and I can already see noticeable creases on the sole. I'm disappointed with the quality, as it doesn't meet the standard I would expect from such a great brand.
