Cracked and broken

I purchased the eyeshadow limited edituon in middle of January. I finally had the chance to use it and when I openned the eyeshadow the three eyeshadows are cracked and broken. I love the color pallette but the eyeshadoes it shouldn’t cracked easily. How do I request a replacement?
