Not happy customer with the service

I am not a happy customer! I ordered 3 pairs of shorts. I received 2 packages and the 1st package had 1 pair of shorts in it and the 2nd package was supposed to have 2 shorts in it and I received 1 pair. I'm still waiting on my 3rd pair of shorts.
