Too big

These shoes are toooooo big, they flap off my feet. They too heavy and Macy's will not let me return them for a refund.

Tried to return

Tried to return this item to a local store today. They said this item did not show up. I called customer service after coming home with my item. I was told the Macys system did not show up it as delivered. It obviously was as I had the item. The only reasonable solution for me given by customer service was to go back to the store and try again. I have already spent my time doing that. Guess I am stuck with something I don’t want. Not good Macys.

Love so cute

These are so cute and flattering. I’m a size 10 and so sometimes shoes that are very chunky. Don’t look that cute. I was a little surprised because they’re a bit darker than the picture but these are very very cute. I normally wear a 10 but I’m gonna return them and get an hour and a half but for the price are you kidding me?
