Unfortunate buying expiriences

My recent buying experiences from you have not been positive. I buy large size from you but two ítems received were returned because, not only were they badly packed but were much too large for me.. One was a cotton sweat shirt and the other a linen shirt. I have kept the Burbury jacked even though it is also too large and big for me. Also you take a long time to process and aknowledge an order. I have not had these problems when i buy from Nordstrom or Brooks Brothers. Their large size fit me perfectly well and their buying process and delivery is much better.
