The Calvin Klein Women’s Sleeveless pleated midi dress is very pretty. My issue is that I ordered this dress in a midi and received it in a maxi. Don’t know how that happened but it did. Now Im left without a dress for the occasion I ordered it for. I’m very disappointed.

Filthy Dress Received

The dress is lovely. Amazing fit and drape. Calvin Klein rarely misses, however, Macy's did miss. I received a dress that was so dirty and stained, I couldn't believe how bad it was. How did someone pack up this dress to ship, when the hem looked looked like it had been dragged across the floor for days? I returned without any apology from Customer Service and she told me, they don't have a replacement available. Left, disappointed and once home, checked the website. Every size available. She never checked. Does anyone at Macy's care? I think not.
