Two different sizes

I ordered this boot & they are final sales item. They come to me with two different sizes. One boot is to tight & the other is way to big. This really disappoints. I’m hoping that Macy will fix the issue even though they say final sales item.

Shoe width wrong

The size medium width fits like a size B width. I wear a size 9 medium but ordered a 9.5 medium, but width is too tight. Wide width would have been more like amedium but was not available.

Poor Fit Poor Service

Too tight and NOT WIDE WIDTH at all! They took my money quick enough but have a lame policy NOT to process my refund until three weeks after getting the boot back?!?!? Very dissatisfied!
