Even Better the Second Time Around
I did a reread of this before starting the final book in the series and had the best time. I honestly think I loved it even more the second time around. It is still not my top favourite. That title goes to the next book, Destructively Mine, with Dangerously Ours as a very close second, but I kind of love that this series gets stronger with each book. Usually series start amazing and then taper off, but this one truly builds. If this was not your absolute favourite, I would still recommend continuing because the payoff is so worth it. I adored both sets of siblings and the chaotic, fiercely loyal dynamic they all share. The whole premise of them being the children of cons and criminals hooked me immediately, and it only gets more fun from there. And Phoebe and Rocky? I was obsessed. The chemistry. The tension. The angst. It truly delivered. If you love a best friend’s brother trope with lots of longing and emotional drama, this is definitely one to check out. Thank you, NetGalley, and Berkley for the eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Great Start
It is a bit hard to review this book. It is the introduction to a new series and it ends in quite the cliffhanger. But the characters are interesting. The chemistry is spot on and the story is intriguing even if ends with such a mystery. It leaves you wanting more and that's important since there are 2 more books in the works.

Compelling characters that suck you!
I loved this book from Chapter 1. The story has just the right amount of angst, suspense and characters that draw you in from the start. I love how K&B always leave you wanting more from them. I love, love, love this book and the way it got me out of my reading slump. I cannot wait for book 2 to see where the web lies leads us!

A romance full of deception & delicious tension!
I received this book as an ARC from the publisher. There is just something about Krista and Becca Ritchie’s writing and characters that hook me every single time. I have been a fan of the Addicted/ Like Us series since early 2019 and they just never seem to miss for me. They know how to make characters that feel real. If you are looking for a romance you can lose yourself in, Dishonesty Yours may be for you. Rocky and Phoebe’s love/hate relationship keeps the tension at 100. The forbidden love has twist since the characters do want to be together but don’t for external reasons. Plot-wise, this was fun. I’m sure some of it doesn’t make 100% sense, but there weren’t any gaping holes that I noticed. Weaving the back story in through flashbacks helped to build the history between all of the characters. Often, for childhood-to-lovers or second-chance tropes, it require the reader to just accept that the characters had chemistry and a long history but little is shown on page. But Rocky and Phoebe’s history and relationship felt real. The family dynamics among all of the Tinrocks and Graves gave a lot of depth to the story. Both main characters and supporting characters had a lot of internal conflict about their lives and careers, which made everyone feel more complex and dimensional. Personally, I find that characters feel the most realistic and interesting when they are a little gray; not all good, not all bad. Overall, I had a great time and couldn’t pull myself away. 4.25/5 stars

Fun and Gripping Start to a New Series
I am new to the Ritchies' books and I already can see so much potential for me to love them! Just from reading the synopsis, I was already intrigued with Dishonestly Yours. This story is about two friends, Phoebe and Hailey, that have grown up in a family of con artists and decide to leave their old lives behind for a fresh start. The beginning half of this book was a little slow-paced and felt a bit repetitive at points. The flashbacks are great additions to the story and give you so much more insight into the character's lives. We get a lot about the main characters Phoebe, Hailey and Rocky; but I wish we could have gotten a little more personality for their siblings. At times, I couldn't tell who was who but I expect that as the series goes on, their personalities will shine through more and more! THE ENDING. The last couple chapters of this book had me flying through the pages. The cliffhanger that we are left with was perfect, there are so many different ways this series can go and I am excited to continue on with these books! You grow to love the characters even with their flaws and by learning more and more about their histories, you can't help but root for them. Overall, I think this book was very entertaining! It's definitely worth the read and I can't wait to see where this series goes. Thank you to Berkley and Valentine for the eARC of this book, all opinions are my own.

I need more!
Dishonestly Yours, the first in the Webs We Weave series hooked me and did not let me go. The authors did such a great job weaving (pun intended) in the past with the present to slowly peel back some of the mysteries to understand who Phoebe and Rocky are, what they have been through, and who they are to each other. The book had the perfect amount of angst, mystery, intrigue, twists and turns, love, self-discovery, and hope. I felt so many emotions reading this book and I fell for Phoebe and Rocky both as individuals and together. My heart hurts for them and their siblings but I love how they all lean on and truly trust each other, it is a beautiful family they have formed. I like Jake and I hope to see more of him in the second book although, not with Phoebe, but instead as a new 'family member'. I need him to know and be part of their crew! The cliffhanger was not surprising but it does have me buying the second book so I can read it as soon as possible! I need to know what happens!!
