Bluey dress arrived with defective hemline

This Bluey dress has a cute pattern and the material seems to be of a nice weight. Looks like it runs large. The dress arrived with a defective hemline- the hemline was not taken up and sewn in one section of the skirt so I need to return this dress. Poor quality control on the company’s part as the defect is very obvious. This is very frustrating.
