Beautiful tie-neck bloiuse

Beautiful ruffle sleeve tie-neck blouse. Very soft polka dot fabric with a front panel lining. However it runs very, very small with little buttons, so I had to return it to the store.

Great summer or fall top

I bought a few days ago and I love it. Fits great, looks classy or sporty and can be worn in your office or to a graduation party. The fabric is very soft and NOT see through, but just thick enough.LOVE IT
