Good quality and warmth. Sizes are not standard.
This coat kept me warm with fleece and long johns in -10 F weather with 60 mph wind gusts and 30 mph steady winds. Medium size is 10-12 and large is 14-16. This is not the standard so be careful.

Lands end
Very warm and cut not so tight around the shoulders which makes moving around very comfortable. A couple more pockets would be good. Otherwise excellent
Lost its puffiness
Coat was wonderfully warm during trip to NYC. However, upon return and following manufacturer’s washing and drying instructions, coat did not return to its shape or puffiness. Felt like little pods all throughout the coat. Very disappointed, because I loved this coat. Returned it for a full refund.
Buyer Beware Refund Policy
The coat itself is nice however, I purchased it as a gift and needed to return it. I knew it was purchased from a third party seller but Macy's return policy will definitely make me think twice about any future Macy's purchases. I returned the coat to a Macy's store on January 10th with the understanding that my card would be credited once the seller receives the coat typically within 3-6 days. I understood the return policy but don't necessarily agree with it, once Macy's received the coat I should have received a credit as it then should become Macy's responsibility to ensure receipt of the coat not me. As of January 16th, UPS still had not received the coat even though I returned it to the store on January 10th. I called the store and the refund was processed immediately which in my opinion should have happened on January 10th, even with a third party seller.

Warm Warm Warm!
It’s getting col out, & this coat will keep you from freezing your behind off! It’s hands down one of the warmest coats I’ve owned. I wore it in gale force winds the other day, & it kept the wind from coming through. I like that it has a two-way zipper, so while it covers almost to my knees, I can open up the bottom, for comfort when walking/driving. Highly recommend.
Nice Coat
This coat looks very nice on, fits perfectly. I bought a L and I'm in between a 12 and 14 right now. I seems like it would be warm. I think the quality is outstanding.

Beautiful and Warm
Bought this to replace a very similar Lands End winter coat that the zipper had broken on. Beautiful color and very comfortable and warm.
