Missing the strap

Ordered on-line in Cherry color. Beautiful color. Loved the different compartments. But had to return as it arrived without the crossbody strap, which was the main reason I ordered it.

Bernini Pebble Small Satchel

LOVE LOVE LOVE this satchel - purchased NAVY & seriously want hot pink for the vibe - still thinking on that. The bag has 3 sections giving organization & ample space to carry items that I now can find in a flash-in a "smaller bag" ! Shoulder strap a plus but love also using w/satchel handles. Fantastic satchel!

Fun pattern!

The purse has a lovely pattern. The big news is how helpful the staff person was. I asked for a different bag, the one on the table was soiled. She checked and had a bag from another store sent to my home. Yes! Thank you. I will have the cross-body strap stabilized, the interior is not sufficiently supportive.

Huge Disappointment...Cheap

I have 2 other Giani Bernini purses that I love. I thought ordering one online would be fine, but it wasn't. First of all, when I took the purse out of the shipping bag, two of the linings were hanging out of the purse. None of bottoms of the linings are fixed to the purse. When I started to add items and decided to switch them around, the linings came out with the items I removed. They didn’t stay in the purse. Example: when I took my wallet out, the lining took everything else in the main compartment with it and dumped them on the counter (checkbook, sunglasses). What if this happened in public and I lost something important??? Second...and this one's on me...this purse is not made of leather. It' made of polyurethane. I didnt notice this in the description. For the price, i thought it would be leather. I gave the purse 2 stars because I love the design and size. If the fact that the purse isn't leather was my only issue, I'd probably keep it. As it is, it's going to be returned
