Nice sleek look for countertops!

Slimmer fit for my counter. Longer slots for sourdough bread. It’s always nice to have a new small appliance once in a while!

Low strength toaster

Looks nice but it does not work well. Ive used it multiple times and the strength is so weak that even when I have the dial turned up to the maximum power, my toast comes out white. It does not brown the bread at all.

Elite Cuisine 4-Slice Stainless Steel Long Slot To

I like this toaster. I almost returned it due to the condition of the box it came in. It looked as if the shippers tossed the box about and it was partially opened when I received it. I did finally decide to open it and perform the test as instructed and everything appears to be working just fine. I will not be ordering small appliances from Macy's in the future if this is the way their shippers are going to handle the products.

Searching

Purchasing this toaster was supposed to be the end game in a long search for the right toaster. It needed to fit the same footprint as my previous toaster, which was narrow in the front and long. It needed to have long openings that would fit 4 slices, which is necessary to fit round loaf breads. My old toaster did the job for quite a few years, but then had too many wires that no longer turned red, consequently did not heat evenly. It was necessary to pop the toast and turn it in order to get even browning. I was excited for the delivery of my new toaster, so new and shiny. So you can imagine my disappointment when I toasted the first piece of bread. There were many wires that did not heat, causing incomplete toasting. Could I return it? I'm sure Macy's would accept this return. What they can't return is all the time and energy I spent looking for it. I'm not willing to expend the energy for another perfect toaster hunt.

Broke

This toaster was bought on end of January and now 3 months later it has broken. Can't return because it is past the date to return it. Not a good toaster when it doesn't even last 3 months before it breaks down.

Meh

Looks pretty, sleek and shiny. Several of the wire elements were not "weaved" thru the metal plate inside thus toasting unevenly, regardless of setting adjustments. Reg price led me to believe it might be a more high end model....even on sale at half price I don't think it was worth the price. Somewhat flimsy. Returned.
