Worked well for first week then...

now it won't brew. tried several times. Followed instructions on how to start it. It wouldnt brew. I need a replacement please.

Stopped

Although it made good hot coffee, stopped working after 2 1/2 months. Back using my Cuisinart.

FIRE HAZARD

Junk, came on randomly during the day and the pot was almost empty. Luckily it was on a Sunday and I happened to hear it. If I was at work it would have burned my housed down! Seriously, it is a FIRE HAZARD-BEWARE. Of course it's 3 months since purchase so I cannot even get a refund. This Company is not to be trusted.

Waste of money

I received my coffee pot the beginning of January 2026, a month later it doesn't even work. The coffee doesn't brew, and the water doesn't get hot. When it worked it was great but only having it a month and it stopped working is very disappointing

Almost plastic free

I bought this percolator as part of my 'eliminate microplastic' effort. Unfortunately, the knob on the cover that the coffee perks into is PLASTIC. I need to return this for that reason. Other than that, the percolator is fantastic.

Great purchase

This coffee pot is really nice, I'm very happy I made this purchase. It makes a good, hot cup of coffee, the pot itself is streamline so it doesn't take up much counter space and it all stainless steel - NO PLASTIC parts. I highly recommend.

Coffee brewed in this pot is coffee at its best!

Percolators make the best tasting coffee. Very fast shipping! My initial thoughts after 1 brew: Pros: Simple directions. VERY FAST heat up & brew. Automatic 2 hour 'keep warm' feature keeps coffee hot without burning it. You can brew a little or a lot. Coffee grounds don't escape the basket! Removable inner parts dishwasher safe. No spill spout. Handle doesn't heat up, designed to keep fingers safe from burns. As with all perc pots, you can see coffee brewing through transparent 'perk top'. Base with electrical innards is separate from pot. Looks pretty on the counter! Cons: Feels a bit light for stainless. Handle & perc top are made of a hard polycarbonate & can be easily broken. Never pull on see-through "knob". Use with care! You must remember to NEVER clean it with abrasives & that pot and base are NOT dishwasher safe & remember that the base is wipe clean with dry cloth only. Electrical cord does NOT wind up & store in the base.

A percolator that works like a kettle

This percolator turns off power itself when you lifted up to pour and the pot get cold and must be powered on again to keep the heat. So it is no different than a tea kettle which sold at lower price. I need a percolator that does not turn off by itself.
