Elite Cuisine 1.5 Quart Deep Fryer
Excellent little deep fryer. I bought it for my. She loves it so far. It heats quickly and holds more than 6 mozzarella sticks. It is also very light weight. My only thing is the inside can’t be removed for washing. I do recommend it..
Little Gem
Don't be fooled by the size of this little fryer. It heats up to the perfect temperature for frying french fries, breaded zucchini, and I even used it to make breaded chicken fingers. I did not notice any oil spitting so the counter around the fryer was clean. It does not take up much room and I have kept it on the counter.

Love this frying device
I brought this for a friend and she recommended so much that I had to get one for myself. Great fryer that easy easy to store and clean. I like how the setting are easy to choose and there are not unnecessary features that get confusing!

Not worth it
Overall, it feels cheap from bottom to top. The basket handle is bent to the side and can’t be bent back straight. The plastic is all very cheap. When removing the oil pan, the side walls of the frame flex out and make it difficult to re-install the pan easily and without pinching your fingers. The temperature knob doesn’t have a pointer to point at a specific temperature. It has a notch that is about 10 degrees wide so you’re really just guessing at the temperature. When set at what should be 350 degrees F, the actual oil temperature is around 375 degrees F. The plastic lid gets really hot even at the handle. Good enough for deep frying small sides and that’s about it.

Works well
I liked this stainless steel deep fryer. It's not huge, so doesn't take up a ton of space when I use it. It will also store away easily. The oil reached temperature and cooked the food well. It didn't taste greasy. I also like that it's a stainless steel fryer as it looks nice on the counter. If you're cooking for a crowd, you might want something larger, but this worked great for us!

Works as described but not for small household use
This is my first time I got a deep fryer. Prior to this I have been using a wok to deep fry food, and more recently an air fryer. While deep frying in wok definitely needs more oil than air frying, it used to serve my needs well. This deep fryer is well made, and includes all the instructions to use it for first timers like me. It is not very complicated to use it, but every bit of instruction helps especially when using a new gadget. I washed the washable parts and wiped the others and was ready to launch it in 15-20 mins. My experience frying some potato cakes was very similar to how I used to fry them in a wok before. This one looked more formal and more professional though. The results were similar to my previous method. The reasons for giving 2 stars less are: 1) It uses a lot more oil than what I used with a wok. And it's not because this is wider. It's just that a lot of oil goes below and around the element coil which heats the oil. So you end up needing lot more oil to cover the coils and then more on top. The stuff you want to fry is cooking in the "more on top" portion of the oil. 2) The basket for deep frying gets food stuck to it. While that happens when deep frying, because the basket is like a mesh, it is extremely difficult to scrape or scratch the stuck food out of it while frying. While the fryer is robust and works as designed, because of the 2 above issues, it's not something that I would use regularly. It might be more appropriate for commercial uses.

Deep Fryer
I really like this deep fryer, perfect french fries UNFORTUNATE it hasn’t lasted a year, we have fresh cut french fries at least once a week. It has literally come apart and I’m nervous to continue using that it may catch fire after only 9months
